you can place an order at home or on the go and collect it from your local ikea store or ikea warehouse.

here’s how you do it:

• choose “click and collect” at checkout and select your preferred store, experience center or ikea warehouse.
• check your sms for the order confirmation with your order number and information on how to collect.
• go to your selected store or ikea warehouse by following your order confirmation sms instructions.
• bring your online confirmation order number with you.
• before choosing this service, please check the product size information carefully, and ensure the products you purchase could be fit into your vehicle. you assume all risk and liability for any damages happened in the transport process.

what it costs:

• free.

when to collect:

• you'll receive an order confirmation sms within 24hrs after choosing "click and collect" service at checkout.
• within 24 hrs after receiving the sms, please bring your online confirmation order number for collection at your selected store or ikea warehouse.
• if you did not collect your order in time, it will be cancelled and refund will be processed. thank you for your understanding.

collect your product at ikea warehouse

*if you choose to collect your products at ikea warehouse, please check carefully before you confirm receiving the product and signing. if after signing you found you product is damaged or has defect, you will need to go to the nearest ikea offline store to return the product and request for refund (except for shanghai jingan ikea city shop). ikea warehouse is not capable of return & refund.
